About the role
Lead the full people-management function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance in a technical environment.
What you’ll do
• Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding for all roles. • Design and monitor performance management and KPI process. • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance. • Oversee payroll, leave, attendance and staff welfare. • Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc/HND in HR, Business or related field. • Minimum 7 years HR experience, 3 years in lead role. • CIPM membership or equivalent preferred. • Experience in oil & gas or technical services. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Act and HR compliance.
