• Lead organisational restructuring and workforce transformation. • Develop organisational charts and role definitions. • Partner with senior management on people strategies. • Support workforce planning and deployment. • Manage employee relations and HR governance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 6-8 years HR experience in Oil & Gas. • Experience in organisational design and workforce optimisation. • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and Oil & Gas regulations. • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
