About the role
Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities including recruitment and employee record management.
What you’ll do
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records. • Support recruitment activities and onboarding. • Prepare HR documents and reports. • Monitor staff attendance and leave records. • Support disciplinary and performance management processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR or related field. • 1–3 years relevant HR experience preferred. • Good knowledge of HR practices and documentation. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
