About the role
Train operators on heavy-duty mining equipment and ensure safe operation practices. Assess operator skills and provide corrective training as needed.
What you’ll do
• Train operators on excavators, loaders, graders, dump trucks. • Conduct practical and theoretical operator training. • Assess operators' skills and competency. • Identify unsafe practices and provide corrective training. • Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years experience operating and training heavy-duty equipment. • Experience with mining, quarry, or construction environments preferred. • Knowledge of heavy machinery operation and maintenance. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Relevant operator/trainer certification or technical qualification.
