About the role
Manage and oversee health program implementation ensuring quality, compliance, and effective service delivery. Coordinate teams and stakeholders to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
What you’ll do
• Lead health program planning, implementation, and monitoring. • Ensure compliance with health guidelines and donor requirements. • Supervise health personnel and support capacity building. • Manage health commodities and medical supplies. • Coordinate with government and partners for program alignment.
What you’ll bring
• MBA/MSc/MA, PhD or Fellowship. • 5 to 7 years experience in health program management. • Strong leadership and technical coordination skills. • Ability to manage complex humanitarian health programs. • Experience with donor compliance and financial management.
