About the role
Conduct financial analysis and develop a multi-year costed operational plan for Nigeria's national strategic direction for nurses and midwives. Enable stakeholders to understand expenses, funding gaps, and secure sustainable financing.
What you’ll do
• Review NSDNM2026-2030 and health financing landscape. • Develop multi-year costing framework. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews. • Draft reports and financial narrative. • Present and validate costing models and plans.
What you’ll bring
• Masters in Health Economics or related field. • 2+ years costing health sector strategic plans. • Proficiency with health economic modeling tools. • Experience with UN, government or NGOs. • Knowledge of Nigeria's health system.
