About the role
Lead strategic internal audit, compliance, and risk management to ensure regulatory adherence and operational efficiency. Oversee internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
What you’ll do
• Define strategic direction for Internal Audit function. • Conduct internal control assessments and fraud investigations. • Oversee risk-based internal controls and compliance frameworks. • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation. • Support corporate governance and provide board reporting.
What you’ll bring
• MBA in Finance or related field. • 10+ years accounting-auditing experience, 5 in management. • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA). • Strong knowledge of regulations and risk management. • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
