About the role
Lead GNPL's financial infrastructure including opening Statement of Affairs and capital verification. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and corporate services.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and coordinate opening Statement of Affairs. • Manage verification of minimum capital deposit. • Oversee financial planning and budgeting. • Coordinate relationship with external Auditors. • Oversee procurement, facilities, and administration.
What you’ll bring
• First degree and postgraduate degree. • Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent). • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience. • At least 5 years top management experience. • Experience in regulated financial institution preferred.
