About the role
Drive acquisition and retention of recycling partners in an assigned territory. Source, onboard, support, and manage field partners.
What you’ll do
• Prospect and onboard Agents, Processors, Merchants, and Logistics Partners. • Maintain accurate records of leads and partner activities. • Follow up with partners and resolve field-related issues. • Support material recovery, partner training, activations, and asset delivery/recovery.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum of SSCE certificate. • Must have an Android phone and basic technology skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with the assigned local area. • Passion for sales, growth, and community impact.
