About the role
This role supports quantity surveying tasks including cost estimation, measurement, and project cost control. It is designed for recent graduates to gain practical experience in construction project cost management.
What you’ll do
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents. • Support measurement and valuation of construction works. • Assist with cost monitoring and budgeting. • Participate in material quantity take-offs and procurement. • Review contractor quotations and maintain cost records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • Recent graduates or limited experience welcome. • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
