General Ledger Accountant

About the role
Manage the General Ledger ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Maintain internal controls and support audit processes.
What you’ll do
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing processes. • Support statutory information preparation and validation. • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. • Facilitate external audit process and maintain auditor relationships.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years post NYSC experience with 3 years in similar role. • Knowledge of ERP systems like JDE or SAP. • Practical knowledge of IAS and IFRS. • Familiarity with local financial reporting requirements. • Bachelor's degree and ACA/ACCA certification.
