About the role
The Gender/MHPSS Officer supports gender and disability-sensitive programming for vulnerable communities. They manage caseworkers and ensure protection and psychosocial support activities are effectively implemented.
What you’ll do
• Build capacity of caseworkers on protection and GBV issues. • Ensure gender and PWD sensitive activity implementation. • Hold regular beneficiary meetings to assess needs. • Manage complaint and feedback mechanisms. • Maintain confidentiality and detailed project records.
What you’ll bring
• BA in Social Science or related field. • Minimum 3 years protection programming experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethics. • Fluent in Hausa and knowledge of local context.
