About the role
Manage the furniture showroom, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer experience to drive sales growth.
What you’ll do
• Drive showroom sales and hit monthly targets. • Welcome customers and present products. • Generate and follow up on leads. • Curate on-brand product displays. • Oversee orders, payments, deliveries, and inventory. • Prepare sales reports and share feedback.
What you’ll bring
• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field. • 3-5 years retail/showroom sales experience. • Furniture or home décor experience required. • Strong sales and customer relationship skills. • Proven leadership and team motivation skills. • Good understanding of showroom operations and merchandising.
