About the role
Manage client bookings, enquiries, payments, and daily front desk operations at the beauty studio. Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations.
What you’ll do
• Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service. • Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations and rescheduling. • Handle client enquiries and encourage repeat bookings. • Process POS and transfer payments accurately. • Maintain accurate client and appointment records.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or BSc preferred. • 1–3 years relevant experience in front desk or salon operations. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Proficiency in WhatsApp, POS and basic computer applications. • Must have completed NYSC and live close to Lekki Phase 1.
