About the role
Operate as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner owning hiring end-to-end across technical and business roles. Work in a small, high-ownership team focused on raising hiring quality.
What you’ll do
• Own and drive 8–12 active roles simultaneously. • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines. • Partner with hiring managers on role scope and hiring strategy. • Run structured hiring processes from intake to offer. • Deliver strong candidate experience and close candidates.
