About the role
Lead design, build, and deployment of LLM-powered AI agents for enterprise workflows. Collaborate with customers to solve complex AI integration problems.
What you’ll do
• Translate business problems into agentic AI solutions. • Lead design and delivery of LLM-powered agents. • Define evaluation and quality standards. • Build features for AI workspace platform North. • Mentor engineers and drive engineering quality.
What you’ll bring
• Build and operate production-grade software systems. • Experience designing and fine-tuning LLM-based agents. • Familiarity with LLM ecosystems and prompt engineering. • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. • Fluency in English and Korean.
