Finance Lead

About the role
Lead financial strategy and ensure the financial health and sustainability of HerVest. Oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and analysis to support business growth.
What you’ll do
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. • Develop treasury and liquidity management strategies. • Coordinate budgeting and investor reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) required. • Minimum 4 years finance experience with 2 years leadership. • Experience in FinTech, Microfinance, or Investment firms preferred. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
