About the role
Lead the creation and growth of the finance function for a multi-country real estate group. Build compliance, accounting, and banking processes from scratch.
What you’ll do
• Build compliance calendar and manage external accountants. • Design accounting infrastructure and monthly reporting. • Manage banking relationships across jurisdictions. • Recruit and manage first finance team hire. • Resolve stalled asset disposals and entity wind-downs.
What you’ll bring
• 5–12 years finance or accounting experience. • Experience as sole finance person or small team lead. • Background in small companies preferred. • Strong commercial judgment and persistence. • Fluent English and AI tool proficiency.
