About the role
The Field Verification Officer conducts on-site verification of merchants and loan applicants to confirm business locations and accuracy of information. They prepare reports and support credit decisions following company policies.
What you’ll do
• Conduct physical visits to verify merchant and customer locations. • Confirm authenticity of business operations and provided information. • Document findings and submit accurate verification reports. • Support loan processing by ensuring verification timelines are met. • Escalate discrepancies or suspicious findings.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree. • Must reside in Ahoada LGA, Rivers State. • 1-2 years experience in field verification, recovery or direct sales. • Good communication and observation skills. • Ability to follow instructions and submit accurate reports.
