About the role
Ensure optimal operational condition of facilities through maintenance, lease renewal, and contract negotiation. Oversee maintenance activities and manage lease agreements to maintain occupancy and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and update lease schedules and agreements. • Negotiate and renew contracts with service providers. • Organize routine maintenance of company assets. • Monitor condition of warehouses and offices. • Promote safety culture and comply with HSEQ policies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in facilities management or related field. • 2-5 years experience in similar role. • Experience in contracts and repairs negotiation. • Knowledge of lease and rent renewals administration. • Understanding of health, safety, and environment standards.
