About the role
Lead day-to-day operations of AI data center including uptime, incident response, and escalation. Build operating system and procedures for facilities engineering.
What you’ll do
• Own data center operations: uptime, incident response, escalation. • Build SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and maintenance programs. • Define SLOs and outage response plans. • Manage liquid cooling plant and electrical operations. • Oversee vendors and contractors for facilities work.
What you’ll bring
• 4-8+ years in critical facilities and data center operations. • Experience with liquid cooling and electrical distribution. • Skilled in SOPs, change management, and incident response. • Vendor management experience. • Knowledge of BMS, DCIM, and power monitoring systems.
