About the role
Lead and grow the jewellery business by managing sales, merchandising, and client relationships. Oversee product strategy and team development to drive profitability.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement jewellery business strategies. • Oversee product selection, merchandising, pricing, and inventory. • Drive sales and build relationships with HNWIs and VIPs. • Lead client events, product launches, and bespoke sales. • Manage and mentor sales and merchandising teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. • 10+ years in luxury jewellery or high-end retail. • Proven leadership in jewellery business or brand. • Strong international luxury jewellery market exposure. • Willingness to relocate to Lagos on expatriate basis.
