About the role
The Estate Surveyor will conduct property inspections, valuations, and manage leasing and sales activities. They will prepare reports and advise clients on property investments and market trends.
What you’ll do
• Conduct property inspections, valuations, and market assessments. • Manage property leasing, sales, and property management activities. • Prepare valuation reports, property documentation, and market research. • Advise clients on property investments, rental values, and market trends. • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Estate Management or related field. • Minimum 3 years experience in estate surveying or property management. • Strong knowledge of property valuation and real estate transactions. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. • Professional certification or NIESV membership is an advantage.
