About the role
Join Customer.io as an Email Deliverability Specialist to help customers reach inboxes by diagnosing sending issues and advising on best practices. Collaborate with teams to improve deliverability processes and support scaling efforts.
What you’ll do
• Act as trusted deliverability advisor and lead customer calls. • Audit sender setup and monitor reputation using authentication and tools. • Work with Engineering on technical issues and share trends. • Identify policy violations and hold direct customer conversations. • Equip teams with knowledge through coaching and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years email deliverability experience at mid-size or large company. • Deep understanding of email authentication and infrastructure. • Proficiency with provider data feeds and deliverability monitoring tools. • Knowledge of email compliance and comfort with direct customer talks. • Experience building processes, documentation, or training for scaling.
