About the role
Design and deliver innovative, interactive eLearning training solutions collaborating with SMEs. Create multimedia-rich content including modules, simulations, videos, and assessments.
What you’ll do
• Partner with SMEs to analyze learning objectives and develop courses. • Design instructional materials with multimedia elements. • Use authoring and video editing tools to create training content. • Maintain and improve training materials and processes. • Explore new eLearning technologies and methodologies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years in eLearning development or related field. • Experience with Articulate Storyline or similar tools. • Proficiency in basic video editing. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
