About the role
Lead Lattice's partner and integration ecosystem marketing to build joint go-to-market motions with AI and work-tech platforms. Expand Lattice's reach beyond HR buyers to managers and functional leaders.
What you’ll do
• Own partner-facing GTM strategy and packaging. • Develop joint launches, campaigns, and events. • Build repeatable partner marketing motions. • Work with Sales and Field Marketing to activate partners. • Represent Lattice at strategic partner events.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in partner or ecosystem marketing. • Experience with joint go-to-market programs. • Translate technical products into customer stories. • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and metrics-oriented approach.
