About the role
Design, develop, and deploy bespoke POS solutions and provide second-level support for POS issues. Enhance terminal configuration management and ensure seamless transaction processing.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement POS solutions. • Certify POS applications with schemes/PTSA. • Provide technical support for POS platforms. • Monitor channel performance and uptime. • Manage and resolve channel incidents and escalations.
What you’ll bring
• OND in Computer Science or related field. • 0-2 years IT support or digital banking experience. • Knowledge of digital channels and transaction processing. • Basic SQL and system log analysis skills. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
