Domestic Switching Specialist

About the role
Monitor, support, and maintain payment terminal operations and transaction switching services. Ensure high system availability and timely incident resolution.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical integration and onboarding of clients. • Configure, test, and troubleshoot APIs and payment integrations. • Use SQL/PostgreSQL to analyse transaction data. • Take ownership of complex technical incidents. • Conduct UAT, integration, and regression testing.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in Computer Science or related field. • 5 years experience in payment technology support. • Hands-on with APIs, databases, Linux applications. • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
