About the role
Manage and represent the company with assigned distribution partners to drive growth and increase distribution. Develop business plans, track KPIs, and coordinate initiatives aligned with company strategy.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate meetings with distribution partners to communicate strategy. • Assign sales and distribution targets and follow up regularly. • Provide execution and on-the-job trainings to partners and field teams. • Develop annual business plans with distribution partners. • Manage budgets and use business intelligence to maximize opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • 3+ years sales experience in Consumer Goods, Beverage preferred. • Experience with distributors and suppliers. • Multi-channel exposure including General Trade and Modern Trade. • Strong leadership and team management skills.
