About the role
Coordinate vehicle readiness and handover, support disbursement processing, maintain records, and ensure compliance with procedures.
What you’ll do
• Confirm vehicle readiness and tracking device installation. • Verify approvals and supporting documents. • Process disbursements accurately in Loan Origination System. • Coordinate vehicle logistics and customer handovers. • Investigate discrepancies and escalate risks promptly.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field. • 2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, fleet management or auto-finance. • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. • Knowledge of disbursement controls and KYC/AML requirements. • Good communication and customer-service skills.
