About the role

What you’ll do
• Lead and manage the Group’s legal function. • Oversee real estate transactions and documentation. • Review, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements. • Manage litigation, disputes and regulatory matters. • Advise on corporate governance and risk management.
What you’ll bring
• LL.B and B.L, called to the Nigerian Bar. • 12-15 years post-call experience in real estate law. • Proven leadership in senior legal roles. • Strong knowledge of property transactions and dispute resolution. • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
