About the role
Lead IT and workplace operations including technology platforms, physical environment, and compliance. Manage team, budget, and integration of acquisitions.
What you’ll do
• Own IT and workplace roadmap and budget. • Lead and grow IT and workplace team. • Manage identity platform and endpoint fleet. • Ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 IT controls compliance. • Oversee physical security and facilities operations.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years IT experience with senior ownership. • 3+ years managing IT or workplace teams. • Expertise in Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, MDM. • Experience with HIPAA, SOC 2 or HITRUST compliance. • Budget ownership and vendor negotiation skills.
