About the role
Responsible for the full lifecycle of customer journeys with Upgrade's AI agent via chat, phone, and email. Design, optimize, and manage AI conversational experiences to improve autonomous resolution rates.
What you’ll do
• Design and develop Sierra Agent Studio journeys for chat, voice, and email. • Analyze transcripts and data weekly to optimize conversation flows. • Manage edge cases ensuring accurate responses or smooth transfers. • Own autonomous resolution and CSAT targets for each journey. • Collaborate with product teams to define and update AI agent scopes.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years software development or equivalent experience. • Practical knowledge of LLM agent behavior and failure points. • Experience designing tests and simulations for non-deterministic systems. • Technical ability to read APIs and collaborate on REST/GraphQL integrations. • Product and customer-focused mindset with strong production responsibility.
