About the role
Provide IT support across technologies and collaborate with business units to resolve incidents and technical issues promptly. Ensure smooth operation of desktop systems and minimize business disruption.
What you’ll do
• Resolve IT incidents promptly. • Install and support desktop and peripheral devices. • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. • Perform desk-side technical assistance. • Maintain desktop infrastructure and monitor security compliance.
What you’ll bring
• OND or equivalent in IT-related field. • At least 1 year desktop or IT support experience. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Customer-focused with excellent user support. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
