About the role
Build and maintain Waypoint design system across Figma and production codebase. Own Figma library and contribute to core system components and tooling.
What you’ll do
• Own and evolve Figma library structure, variants, tokens, documentation. • Build and maintain core Waypoint components with design engineering team. • Keep design tokens in Figma and code representations tightly synced. • Partner with designers and engineers to translate patterns into components. • Define workflows and tooling connecting Figma and code, write documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in Figma and production component coding. • Experience with design token pipelines and sync tooling. • Ability to write clear documentation and usage guidance. • Knowledge of system architecture and versioning. • Forward-looking to evolve design system for AI model consumption.
