About the role
Maintain and organize databases and CRM systems to support financial services operations. Receive training and work closely with the Database & IT Director.
What you’ll do
• Organize and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases. • Identify duplicate records and data inconsistencies. • Prepare and validate CRM uploads. • Assist with territory mapping and geographic data. • Generate CRM reports and track projects.
What you’ll bring
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data organization. • Comfortable learning new software. • Good organizational and problem-solving skills. • High school diploma or GED with related experience.
