About the role
Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer accounts, product catalogs, inventory, and pricing data on Moniebook platform. Support onboarding and maintain data quality for smooth customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Input and update merchant data including product catalogs and pricing. • Process bulk data imports and validate completeness. • Prepare merchant accounts for onboarding. • Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks. • Maintain records of data entry activities and document errors.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years experience in data entry or similar role. • Completed NYSC or valid exemption certificate. • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. • Familiarity with CRM or POS SaaS tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
