What you’ll do
• Own value plan connecting business problems to outcomes. • Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders. • Run discovery and create adoption plans. • Partner with Account Executive and renewal teams. • Lead enablement sessions on analytics best practices.
What you’ll bring
• 4-6 years in customer success or related B2B SaaS field. • Manage relationships across business and technical teams. • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Turn product usage into customer ROI stories. • Experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use.
