About the role
Join Abnormal AI as a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide flexible technical support and project-based engagements. Partner with Customer Success Managers to optimize platform use and resolve complex customer issues.
What you’ll do
• Serve as flexible technical resource for challenging account situations. • Take on short-term, project-based technical engagements. • Partner with CSMs to assess customer technical needs. • Lead platform optimization and proactive tuning. • Document session recaps and advise on feature use.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical role in SaaS or cybersecurity. • Strong knowledge of Abnormal's platform and best practices. • Excellent triage judgment and communication skills. • Able to manage multiple concurrent engagements. • Comfortable stepping into and out of customer relationships.
