About the role
Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling enquiries and resolving complaints. Ensure a seamless customer journey and represent brand values in every interaction.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. • Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse to resolve delays. • Update customers on order tracking and delays. • Upsell and cross-sell data plans and services. • Maintain response time under two minutes on live chat.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc/B.Ed/HND in relevant fields. • Previous customer service experience required. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong computer skills with customer service software. • Must be resident of Aba Abia State.
