About the role
The Customer Service Officer will handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat patronage.

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints professionally. • Receive and process customer orders accurately. • Respond via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels. • Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams. • Maintain records of orders and feedback.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude. • Good organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
