About the role
Drive active retailer growth across Micro Fulfilment Centre network and improve field sales productivity. Strengthen retailer engagement and retention.
What you’ll do
• Drive retailer acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat orders. • Monitor and improve Partner Sales Executive productivity. • Ensure each MFC has at least three active PSEs. • Track growth targets and implement corrective actions. • Maintain performance dashboards and management reports.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in field sales or retail network management. • Proven experience managing field sales teams. • Strong analytical and Excel skills. • Excellent team management and communication skills. • Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
