About the role
Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the client journey. Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide timely updates on projects.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints. • Respond promptly via phone, email, WhatsApp. • Manage client relationships from inquiry to after-sales support. • Coordinate with teams to resolve customer concerns. • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up post-project.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • 4-6 years experience in customer service or client relations. • Experience in real estate or related industries preferred. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
