What you’ll do
• Develop monthly content calendar aligned with business goals. • Lead and mentor video editors, graphic designers, videographers. • Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, others. • Create lead magnets, landing pages, nurture sequences. • Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on data.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years coordinating marketing or managing creative teams. • Strong creative instinct to spot content opportunities. • Leadership skills to inspire creative teams. • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools. • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
