About the role
Prepare and bake café-style pastries and light meals while ensuring quality and hygiene. Manage kitchen operations and inventory control.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and bake café-style pastries and baked treats. • Prepare breakfast, brunch dishes, wraps, and sandwiches. • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. • Manage daily pastry production and timely order delivery. • Monitor inventory and minimize food waste.
What you’ll bring
• 2–3 years experience in café, bakery, or restaurant kitchen. • Experience making croissants and laminated pastries from scratch. • Skilled in preparing English breakfast dishes and sandwiches. • Ability to maintain quality during busy service. • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
