What you’ll do
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technology teams. • Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions and hiring plans. • Track and analyze pipeline and performance data. • Develop creative sourcing tactics to engage passive candidates. • Serve as first contact with prospective candidates.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years technical recruiting experience. • 1+ year in-house recruiting experience. • Experience in HealthTech preferred. • Proven track record sourcing niche skill sets. • Familiarity with Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn, AI tools.
