About the role
Provide legal and commercial support focusing on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and lifecycle management. Ensure contracts align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. • Act as primary contact for contract-related matters. • Maintain accurate contract documentation and records. • Provide guidance on contract interpretation and compliance. • Monitor contract performance and manage renewals.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor of Laws LL.B. and Barrister-at-Law B.L. • Minimum 8 years post-qualification legal experience. • At least 5 years in commercial contract management. • Membership of Nigerian Bar Association NBA. • Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate governance.
