• Create engaging content for social media platforms. • Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and videos. • Plan and manage content calendars and schedules. • Respond to customer enquiries and support engagement. • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role. • Previous customer service experience mandatory. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Good knowledge of social media platforms and tools. • Must reside around Lekki/Ajah axis of Lagos.
