About the role
Engage as a consultant to review, adapt, and develop the Borno State Adolescent and Youth-Friendly Health Services Policy. Conduct assessments, stakeholder consultations, and develop implementation and monitoring frameworks.
What you’ll do
• Review national and state AYFHS policies and standards. • Conduct rapid assessment of AYFHS service delivery in Borno State. • Facilitate stakeholder consultations including youth input. • Develop policy, implementation plan, and MEAL framework. • Support proposal writing and grant identification.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced degree in public health or related field. • 3-5 years experience in AYFHS or health policy development. • Strong report writing and stakeholder engagement skills. • Knowledge of Nigeria health policy context. • Ability to develop practical implementation and MEAL plans.
