About the role
Own and prioritize product backlog for Human Capital offerings. Translate strategy and feedback into actionable requirements for delivery teams.
What you’ll do
• Own and maintain prioritized product backlog. • Translate strategy into epics, features, user stories. • Refine backlog based on value, dependencies, risk. • Partner with delivery leads and teams for planning. • Engage stakeholders and support release readiness.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 3+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst. • 2 years Agile or Scrum delivery experience. • 2 years consulting or professional services experience. • Ability to travel 0–50%.
